Jasmine’s Boutique use My hermes for delivery and returns. They are a very well established service who supply to some of the biggest companies around the world so please feel reassured that your parcel is in safe hands.

Areas that we can deliver to:

Jasmine’s Boutique can currently deliver to: UK, Northern Ireland, Wales, Isle white and Isle man.
If you are interested in purchasing from my collections but are outside of the above countries please contact me through email to discuss a delivery service which can get this to you.

Delivery Charges:

At this moment in time we can only offer Standard Delivery (2-4 working days)
We can not deliver through weekends.

  • Between- 0-1kg = £3 (Light weight dresses, tops, shorts, swimwear)
  • Between 1-2kg = £3.95 ( Medium weight dresses, jackets heavy suited trousers,ball gowns)
  • Between 2-5kg = £5.40 (All the above but would only apply to orders that have multiple amounts of clothing)

Returns Policy:

We understand that occasionally the items you order from us might not be 100% what you were looking for and you may want to return these. Please follow the steps below to ensure you return is received and processed swiftly:

Made to Order:

If you have ordered from our “Made to Order” Collection unfortunately we can not offer a returns service. This is due to the fact that the garments have been made specifically to your requirements and personal measurements.

Ready to Wear:

If there is a fault with your item or it is not 100% right for you then you can return this to us using a delivery service of your choice. All you need to do is fill out the returns slip and send it to the address given on the returns note.
Once we have received the item back we will then refund the amount back to you.

If you are wanting to exchange an item for a different size or colour again please send this back to us by filling out the returns note and once we receive the item we can then send out your new item.

Please Note: We do not accept returns for Earrings and any Swimwear which has the hygiene strip missing.
